I have checked and done a lot of things - spark plugs checked and looked ...Toro 22" Recycler 7.0, 190cc mower seized and pull start is frozen. Checked oil and found it out (Yikes!). I've always changed the oil twice a season, but I've never known my mower to consume oil. Removed two layers of plastic housing but am unable to remove the metal case covering the flywheel to see if the problem resides with the cord..
